When she's not spreading joy to patients, Caitlyn can be found petting her dogs or immersed in her creative hobbies, such as crafting stained glass and making unique earrings. She's also an avid traveler, always eager to explore new destinations, and she's known to catch her favorite bands in concert whenever she can. Caitlyn and her husband are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy camping and skiing, finding the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation in their lives.
Nicole
Dental Assistant / Financial CoordinatorNicole was born and raised in Illinois and has called Oregon home since 2017. Nicole has many years of customer service experience prior to assisting and has now found a love for helping patients with their oral health needs and making sure they receive amazing care throughout their time at our office. Whether she is helping out in the front office or back, she wears many hats and keeps the office running smoothly! Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, and snowboarding. Her bucket list dream is to one day scuba dive in the Galapagos.
Halie
Dental HygienistHalie has been a dental hygienist for 10 years. She graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2013 and has her bachelors in dental hygiene. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making their dental appointments fun and comforting, and her bubbly personality sure helps! Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her husband and two kids. They love to travel and be active outside as a family.
Ellee
Dental HygienistEllee grew up with a big family on a little farm in small town Scio, Oregon and developed a passion for dental hygiene early on. She graduated from the Oregon Tech Dental Hygiene Program as an expanded practice dental hygienist. While in school, she was fortunate to travel to Grenada to provide free dental care, sparking her commitment to international community outreach. She loves building relationships with her patients and connecting oral health to overall wellness. Outside the clinic, Ellee enjoys outdoor adventures, spending time with her family and two dogs, and caring for her houseplants and greenhouse.
Naomi
Dental AssistantNaomi has served as an assistant in the field of dentistry since her graduation from Linn Benton Community College in 2017. Born and raised in Linn County, she cherishes the charm of small-town living. Passionate about ensuring her patients have an outstanding experience under her care, Naomi is dedicated to her profession. Outside of work, she has a love for baking sourdough bread and can't resist a soft pretzel. Naomi enjoys gardening, camping, swimming, and traveling with her husband, daughter, and beloved dog.

Dental AssistantLauren was born and raised in Philomath, and graduated from Linn Benton Dental Assisting Program, joining our practice in 2023. Her calm and collected demeanor helps ensure patients feel at ease in our office. Outside of the office, she loves outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and riding quads. Country music brings inspiration and relaxation to her life, but her greatest significance lies in the cherished bonds with friends and family. Lauren embodies the values of community, compassion, and the simple pleasures of life - an essential presence in both her local community and here at West Albany Dental!
