Naomi
(Office Manager)Naomi has been in the dental field since graduating from LBCC in 2017. With years of hands-on experience and a natural talent for organization and leadership, she now serves as Office Manager, where she ensures the practice runs smoothly while creating a welcoming, positive environment for both patients and team members. Naomi values the close-knit feel of community and brings warmth and personal touch to her work each day.Outside the office, Naomi enjoys baking sourdough bread (and loves a good soft pretzel), tending to her garden, spending time outdoors, and camping. She also loves traveling and making memories with her husband, daughters, and their dog.
Yana
(Receptionist)Yana helps patients navigate their insurance benefits, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience when it comes to understanding their coverage. She is also the creative voice behind our social media and a friendly, welcoming face at the front desk. She speaks English, Russian, and Spanish, and is currently learning Italian. Outside of work, Yana enjoys traveling (she has been to 30+ countries), connecting with people from different cultures, hiking, reading in different languages, and dancing salsa.
Ashley
(Receptionist)Ashley is a detail-oriented receptionist with a passion for creating a welcoming experience for every patient. She is skilled in scheduling, patient communication, and keeping the front office running smoothly. Ashley is a first-generation graduate of Western Oregon University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching youth baseball, and playing slow pitch softball. She values quality time with her fiancé, friends, and family, and is known for her kindness and sense of humor—including an impressive ability to quote nearly every line from the film Step Brothers.
Halie
(Hygienist)Halie has been a dental hygienist for 10 years. She graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2013 and has her bachelors in dental hygiene. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making their dental appointments fun and comforting, and her bubbly personality sure helps! Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her husband and two kids. They love to travel and be active outside as a family.
Ellee
(Hygienist)Ellee grew up with a big family on a little farm in small town Scio, Oregon and developed a passion for dental hygiene early on. She graduated from the Oregon Tech Dental Hygiene Program as an expanded practice dental hygienist. While in school, she was fortunate to travel to Grenada to provide free dental care, sparking her commitment to international community outreach. She loves building relationships with her patients and connecting oral health to overall wellness. Outside the clinic, Ellee enjoys outdoor adventures, spending time with her family and two dogs, and caring for her houseplants and greenhouse.
Kyla
(Hygienist)Kyla has been a dental hygienist since graduating from Oregon Tech in 2020, she has loved being able to help restore a little bit of her patient’s confidence through a clean, healthy smile. But most of all, she loves connecting with all of her patients on a personal level and helping them feel comfortable and confident in her chair. She is a busy mom of three little ones and keeps life full with baking, music, and outdoor adventures. The kids and her love to be out in the sun, but also have so much fun running through a downpour. They are true Oregonians.
Sierra
(Dental Assistant)Sierra has been serving as a dental assistant since graduating from Linn Benton Community College in August of 2024. She aspires to help each patient meet their individual needs and prioritizes patient satisfaction and experience. She understands that visits to the dentist can often feel overwhelming and works hard to create and maintain a space where patients are both respected and at ease. Off the clock she looks forward to adventuring with her dog, Miko, and doing yoga with her friends. When indoors she also enjoys putting time aside to both practice and learn a variety of arts and crafts. Sierra enjoys animals and insects of all shapes and sizes!
Aubrey
(Dental Assistant)Aubrey has been serving as a Dental Assistant since she graduated from the Linn-Benton Community College Dental Assisting program in August 2025. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, connecting with patients, and making visits to the dentist a little less stressful. She loves being hands-on and working with a team to keep things running smoothly. Outside of the office, Aubrey loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring new places. She also enjoys relaxing with her cats and making memories with family and friends.
